RETURNS 
If you’re not 100% happy with your Folksong purchase we will happily offer you a refund within 14 days of purchase on all items. This includes items purchased during temporary flash sales. Sale items can be returned unless marked as final sale. Final Sale items can be returned for a store credit. You will find this in the product description. Swimwear can be returned provided the hygiene sticker and tags are still in place. You will be refunded the item price minus any shipping cost you paid on the original order. We are unable to offer exchanges. If you would like another size or colour, please purchase it and we will refund the returned item once we receive it. Simply email us at folk@folksong.net.au to request a refund. 

Items must be returned in the original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all original tags still attached. Please note Final Sale items qualify for a store credit only. The customer is responsible for return postage. In the unlikely event that you have received an item which has a manufacturing fault or is incorrect to the one you purchased, please contact us immediately and we will issue a full refund or exchange once your item has been returned.

SHIPPING
All orders are shipped via Australia Post. We offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders over $99 Australia wide. 

For orders under $99 a flat shipping fee of $10.00 will apply. 
We ship orders same day or next day. Estimated delivery time within Australia is 3-5 business days via Australia Post.

Express shipping within Australia is $14 or free for orders over $250.

If you have not received your package within 7 business days of placing your order please contact us and we will look into your delivery immediately.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 

For our friends in New Zealand we offer a flat rate of AUD15, or free standard shipping for orders over AUD200

Standard shipping to the USA is AUD18 flat rate.

All other international orders will be shipped via Australia Post with a flat rate shipping fee of 30 Australian dollars. Free standard shipping applies to international orders over AUD300.
