Q. I typed the wrong address into my order. What do I do?

A. If you email us straight away we can adjust the address before posting. If it's too late, you can lodge a redirection directly with Australia Post. For any orders delivered to incorrect addresses, you will need to liaise with Australia Post, but we will do our very best to help..

Q. Can I exchange for another size?

A. If your order included free shipping, and you are exchanging for a different size. Yes - we can exchange. Email us to arrange. However if you paid for shipping you will need to return the item, we will refund you the item cost minus shipping, and you will need to purchase the item you would like along with any new shipping costs. Shipping is a cost to us that in some cases we need to pass onto the customer. If you email us we will always do our best to accomodate.

Q. How quickly will you ship my order?

A. Orders placed before 2pm are usually shipped same day. We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours. 

Q. An item I would like is out of stock. How can I find it?

A. You can request an email when the item is back in stock. Or you can also contact our stockists to see if they have it. A link tou our stockists details is at the bottom of the page. 

Q. I've read all of the product details, but I still have a question.

A. The best way is to email us at folk@folksong.net.au. You can also try social media, but occasionally we miss messages there. 

Q. My coupon code is not working. 

A. We try to ensure our coupon codes are triggered correctly, but occasionally something might go wrong. We hate it when your coupon code doesn't work, we want you to have the best possible experience! It would be great if you can email us at folk@folksong.net.au to fix any tech issues that we may not be aware of. 

Q. Will you be reapeating a style that has completely sold out?

A. Generally we do not repeat fashion styles. We are a small business and tend to order small quantities of each style. We do repeat our core tees and tanks, so feel free to ask us when the next delivery is due. 

Q. What is your fit like?

A. We like a relaxed fit. Sometimes customers give feedback that items are too big, but usually we have intentionally fit the style this way. We like bigger busts and any imperfections to be flattered, not strangled! If you prefer a more fitted look, size down. Our tees and tanks tend to be a ore standard fit, and we recommend you take your usual size. If you have a large bust - size up for tees and tanks. Our Swim is a standard fit for a woman's body. Not a teenager's body! However bust cups generally fit up to a C cup only unless otheriwse stated in the description. 

Q. Do you ship worldwide?

A. Yes! Click the shipping details tab within the product page for all details. We use Australia Post for all parcels
